Currently, as a Lead Research Analyst at Independence Blue Cross, I manage key reporting processes, automate workflows, and collaborate with business partners to enhance operational efficiency. My expertise includes building robust data pipelines, developing interactive dashboards, and implementing automation tools that drive strategic decision-making.

Beyond my corporate experience, I’ve also led independent projects, including developing a ticketing system for a nursing facility using Python and Google Cloud.
